| 摘 要： | 分析了高校贷款产生的原因及现阶段存在的问题，结合高校贷款现状及时代特点，提出应从政府、高校和银行三方面入手防范和控制贷款风险：强化政府责任，加大财政投入，加强贷款监管；高校要合理使用资金，增强抵御风险的能力，制定合理的贷款计划，拓宽融资渠道，加大筹资力度；商业银行应严格项目评审，完善贷款后续管理。
