苯酚型硼氮配位酚醛树脂的热性能与热降解动力学

摘    要:用多聚甲醛法合成了苯酚型硼氮配位酚醛树脂,1H NMR和FTIR证明了其结构,用动态力学谱仪测定了玻璃化转变温度(Tg)与固化程度的关系,用热重法(TGA)分析了硼氮配位酚醛树脂的热分解动力学.结果表明树脂的玻璃化转变温度超过200℃,并随固化反应程度增加而提高,热分解过程为多阶段分解,且均符合一级动力学,热分解活化能随分解程度提高而增加.

Abstract:The structures of BNFR synthesized by the method of the paraformaldehyde was characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR.The glass Transition Temperatures(Tg)of the BNFR cured under different condition are determined by means of torsional braid analysis(TBA).The thermal degradation kinetics of BNFR are investigated by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The results show that Tg is over 200 ℃, and increased with degree of curing reaction.The thermal degradation process is multistage decomposition and the decompositon reaction in every stage follow first order,the thermal degradation apparent activation energy increased with conversion.
