| 摘 要： | 针对高等职业技术学院困难家庭学生就业的理念问题进行了问卷调查,从学生毕业前的计划、求职途径选择、就业单位选择、择业的考虑等方面分析了毕业生就业理念,提出了重视高职经济困难毕业生思想政治教育,树立多元化、多形式的就业观;加强求职择业指导工作;开设绿色通道,解决后顾之忧,坚定理想信念,建立自信心,战胜自卑心理;设立学生心理咨询信箱、建立特殊群体档案等对策。
