| 摘 要： | 宋太祖赵匡胤在建立大宋王朝后,为了巩固统治统一天下而实施了一系列的改革措施。这些措施是宋太祖赵匡胤管理思想的外在显现。主要表现在:军事上采取先南后北、各个击破的战略方针;内政上采取分割宰相的权力、改革禁军设置等措施加强皇权,巩固政权;在富国强兵方面实行归还战俘,稳定边境、严格执法,整肃吏治、赈济灾民,发展经济等措施。

| Abstract: | After establishing Song Dynasty,Songtaizu namely ZHAO Kuang-yin implemented a series of reform measures for consolidating his rule.All measures are external expressions of his management thought.The management thought of Songtaizu is mainly embodied at those aspects: adopting the strategies and tactics from south to north,and crushing one by one on military;taking the measures for the fragmentation of authority of the prime minister,and reforming the imperial guards to strengthen the imperial power and cons... |
