| 摘 要： | 论述了中小物流企业的信息化建设现状,对企业信息化的需求进行了调查分析。探讨了中小物流企业信息化建设中存在的盲目建设、缺乏长效性、缺乏整体性及管理不科学等问题;提出了坚持整体目标、明确建设目标、加强制度建设、建立长效机制、优化结构设计、加大资源整合、加强信息管理、规范数据标准等应对策略。
