| 摘 要： | 介绍冷轧酸洗生产线的工艺过程及酸洗温度的特点,设计了基于PLC的温度模糊控制系统。试验证明,系统具有良好的动态响应,有效地提高了酸温度的控制精度。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the craft process of cold-rolling pickling line and characteristics of pickling line temperature,and a fuzzy temperature control system with PLC is designed.The experiment proves that,the system has a good dynamic response and the control accuracy of pickling line temperature is effectively improved. |
