辽宁科技大学教师亚健康状况及影响因素的调查研究

采用问卷调查、文献资料、访谈等研究方法对辽宁科技大学教师身体亚健康现状进行研究,结果显示:处于亚健康状态的教师较多,大部分是处于轻度身心失调阶段;从年龄上看,三四十岁教师的亚健康状态发生率最高,是由亚健康状态过渡到疾病状态的高发期;处于亚健康状态的教师绝大多数心理健康状态不佳。造成教师身体亚健康的因素主要有工作压力大,不良行为习惯和生活方式,缺乏体育锻炼等。
