| 摘 要： | 21世纪我国高等教育应树立五种观念 :市场观念 ;终身教育观念 ;全社会人力资源共享观念 ;教育为经济建设服务的观念 ;教师是示范者的观念。高等院校只有不断更新观念 ,积极探索创造性人才的培养途径 ,顺应当代科技发展的趋势 ,积极加快教学体系和课程内容的改革 ,才能培养出社会发展需要的德、智、体、美等全面发展的创造性人才 |

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the five educational senses that higher education in China should develop in the 21st century They are the sense of: market, life long education, sharing of human resources, education serving economic construction, and teachers' exemplary role Colleges and universities have to constantly change their educational ideas, explore creative talent developing channels, adapt themselves to modern technology development tread, actively speed up teaching and curriculum reform to train all round developed, creative talents |
