钢领的粘着磨损

摘    要:主要研究钢领的粘着磨损问题.经过观察发现钢领伴随着“撕脱”而产生表层剥落,粘着出现在钢领的启动阶段;经分析后认为,钢领和钢丝圈摩擦运行过程中,负摩擦特性是激发粘滑振动的主要因素.作者赞同Halling 教授的观点:积极运用现有的知识来指导钢领生产,必将取得可观的经济效益.

Abstract:As a result of surveys in the wear of the spinning rings,one of the more important processes is stick slip,ripe and lead up to culicle stripping.Simultaneously,the stick will appear as the starting of the ring traveller.Analysis shows that the negative friction characterization may be the major factor to excite the stick vibration.As the purpose of this paper,we recommend the points of Prof.Halling J,that using now available knowledge for the textile produce might have a considerable benefit.
