| 摘 要： | 通过对299名大学生时间管理倾向、成就动机和焦虑的测试,探讨大学生时间管理倾向与成就动机、焦虑的关系.结果表明:(1)大学生时间管理倾向与成就动机成显著相关,其中与追求成功动机成显著正相关,与避免失败动机成显著负相关;大学生时间管理倾向与焦虑成显著负相关.(2)时间管理倾向对追求成功和成就动机有直接的预测作用,时间效能感对焦虑、避免失败动机和成就动机也有直接的预测作用.(3)时间效能感对成就动机和焦虑有直接效应,时间价值感和时间监控观对焦虑和成就动机有间接效应.

| Abstract: | The research explored the relations of university students' time management disposition with achievement motivation and anxiety by analyzing the data from 299 university students.Findings showed that there was significant correlation between university students' time management disposition and achievement motivation;A notable correlation was found between students' time management disposition and anxiety;Time management disposition and the sense of efficiency had significant predictability on achievement and anxiety;The sense of efficiency had direct effects on achievement and anxiety,whereas the sense of time value and the sense of time control had indirect effects on them. |
