地热水管道防腐涂层的研究

摘    要:地热水防腐涂层的耐温性和耐水性,利用高硅含量成膜物并配合颜填料,制备了一种常温固化涂料。通过对涂层的综合性能测试,确定涂料的优化配方为(质量分数):环氧改性有机硅树脂SMH-30 50%~60%、云母氧化铁灰 22%~30%、绢云母 9%~14%、固化剂 4.5%~6%、分散剂0.2%~0.5%、消泡剂0.1%~0.4%;热重-差示扫描分析涂层的分解温度为216.4℃;全反射红外光谱分析结果显示,涂层在120℃ 的腐蚀模拟液中性能稳定;在质量分数为35%的氯化钠溶液中浸泡30d后,涂层的交流阻抗值在108Ω/cm2以上,表明涂层具有良好耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:By using a film-forming resin with a high silicon content and selecting suitable pigments and fillers, an anti-corrosive coating has been developed with enhanced heat-resistance and water-resistance. By evaluating the overall performance, the optimized formulation of the coating was found to be as follows: epoxy modified silicone resin SMH-30 50%-60%, micaceous iron oxide gray 22%-30%, sericite 9%-14%, curing agent 4.5%-6%, dispersant agent 0.2%-0.5%, and antifoaming agent 0.1%-0.4%. The decomposition temperature of the coating, as determined by thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC), was 216.4℃. Attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy showed that the coating was stable in a corrosive solution at 120℃. After immersion in a 3.5% NaCl solution for 30 d, the resistance of the coating remained above 108Ω·cm2. This indicates that the coating imparts good corrosion resistance.
