| 摘 要： | 古籍是不可再生的文化资源，古籍保护是一项与时间赛跑的事业。对我国传统古籍保护的理念与实践进行了梳理，简述了国外图书馆古籍保管和利用的制度建设，提出了古籍保护要做到“藏重于用、防重于治”。

| Abstract: | The ancient book is a non-renewable cultural resource. The ancient books protection is a race against time. This paper makes clear our country＇s traditional concept and practice of ancient books protection, expounds briefly the system construction for the protection and utilization of ancient books in foreign countries, and points out that the ancient books protection must follow the principle of ＂the collection is more important than the utilization, the prevention is more important than the treatment＂. |
