氨氮浓度对黄鳝最大摄食率的影响

摘    要:在室内条件下,采用食物平衡法研究了不同氨氮浓度对黄鳝最大摄食率的影响.方差分析表明,在水温相同(28℃±1.5℃)条件下,NH3-N浓度对黄鳝最大摄食率有极显著的影响(p0.01),并且在NH3-N为9.55mg/L时黄鳝的最大摄食率相对最高.另外,黄鳝对养殖水体中的氨氮浓度也有一定的调控作用.

Abstract:Under indoor conditions, studied the effects of different ammonia-nitrogen contents on maximum ration levels (RLmax)Of Monopterus albus by food-balance method. Covarianee analysis showed, at temperature of 28 ℃± 1.5℃, maximum ration levels of Monopterus alb us were influenced significantly (p 〈0.01)by the content of ammonia- nitrogen. There was optimal RLmax when ammonia-nitrogen content was 10.61~13.08 mg/L. The research results provided the quantitive basis for scientific management of water quality in Monopterus albus culture.
