联盟中知识转移效率的分析

探讨了联盟中的知识转移效率问题。文中首先给出了知识转移效率的概念，并将联盟中的知识转移效率区分为获得知识的主体数效率和所获知识的丰富度．效率两类，并且从不同维度分别对这两种效率进行了分析。在此基础上，构建了知识转移效率的数学模型，给出了知识转移效率的计算公式。最后指出了一些能改进联盟中知识转移效率的建议。

An Analysis on Knowledge Transfer Efficiency in an Alliance

The problem on efficiency of knowledge transfer of an alliance is studied in this paper. After the concept of knowledge transfer efficiency is proposed, we classify the knowledge transfer efficiency into the efficiency of the number of the bodies who acquired knowledge and the efficiency of the abundance of the knowledge, and then discuss such two kinds of efficiencies from different dimensions. Based on above analyses, mathematical models of knowledge transfer efficiencies are constructed and computational formulae are presented. The research can give some guidance and suggestions for firms in an alliance to effectively promote and control their knowledge transfer in practice.
