| 摘 要： | 本文对一个癫痫高发家系中6名高发性大发作癫痫病人作了姊妹染色单体互换(SCE)频率的观察,并与10名正常人进行比较研究。经统计分析,病人的SCE频率明显高于正常人,表明癫痫的高发性大发作与其DNA的不稳定或损伤有关。

| Abstract: | From a family which epileptic are very more,we chose 6 invalids whosecpilepsy bresk-ing out freqrently and terribly,and observed their sister chtomatid exchange(SCE)frequency and so did to10 healthy persons.Statistical analsis showed that the SCEfrequqncy of the invalids were higher obviouslythan that of the healthy persons.It was also showed that the epilepsy was related to the nonstability anddamage of the invalids'DNA |
