多位点生物杀虫毒素BtA对小菜蛾的作用方式

摘    要:Bt A是由 Bt伴孢晶体和阿维菌素制成的 ,对小菜蛾幼虫作用方式与阿维菌素相似 ,主要表现为胃毒和触杀作用 ,但效果比阿维菌素好。当用 1mg/m L溶液触杀处理小菜蛾 4龄幼虫背板 72小时后 ,Bt A引起的小菜蛾死亡率为 36 .7% ,显著高于阿维菌素的 2 0 .0 % ,而 Bt伴孢晶体几乎没有触杀作用。 Bt A、Bt伴孢晶体和阿维菌素对小菜蛾胃毒 4 8h的 LC50 分别为 :0 .0 136 mg/m L、0 .0 0 5 9mg/m L、0 .72 74 mg/m L。

Abstract:GCSC-BtA was composed of Bt-crystal toxin and Avermectin, and had similar mechanism of toxicity to Avermectin against Plutella xylostella. Both BtA and Avermectin had contact poison and stomach poison and had not systemic toxicity and fumigant toxicity. However Bt-crystal toxin had only stomach poison. Contact poison of 1mg/mL BtA against P. xylostella in 72h leaded to mortality of 36.7%, higher than that of Avermectin (20.0%). Stomach toxicities of BtA, Bt-crystal toxin and Avermectin against P. xylostella in 48h were 0.0136mg/mL, 0.0059mg/mL and 0.7274mg/mL of LC 50 respectively.
