| 摘 要： | 为探讨中华鳖睾丸活动的年周期变化，对其睾丸和附睾进行了组织学检查，并对其血浆睾酮进行放射免疫（ＲＩＡ）测定。睾丸重量在５月至８月逐渐增加，而后逐渐下降。睾丸生精活动开始于４月末至５月初，并且持续活跃到８月，精原细胞分裂在９月开始减慢，直至１１月末停止。附睾重量在８月至１１月间渐渐上升，在冬眠期保持高重量。到第二年交配期，附睾重量迅速下降，下降幅度达５３．７６％。７月到９月附睾管上皮细胞进入快速生长

| Abstract: | For pourpose to consider the annual cycle of testies in soft-shelled turtle, Trionix sinensis, the testes and epididymides are examined histologically, and the plasma levels of testosterone are measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA) through out the year.Gradual increase in testicular weight from May to August is followed by a decrease in degrees.Spermatocytogenesis starts from late April to early May and continues actively to August. |
