大坝对宜昌段水文情势的影响

摘    要:本文通过对宜昌站水文站1882-2009共128年的水文资料进行整理,采用最新版本的IHA软件(水文改变指标软件),用RVA方法将1882-1969年做为河流未受扰动时间段,将1970-2009年作为由于建坝而产生的人为扰动时间段。通过对比分析得出葛洲坝和三峡大坝的相距建成使宜昌江段的水文状况的变法速度以及频率发生了一定的改变,每月平均生态流恢复目标见表4。八月份、十月份的流量数据超出了RVA边界范围。可以采用改变相应的水库调度方式,使宜昌江段的水文情势尽量的接近天然状态,减少人为的干扰。总的来说,大坝的修建对宜昌江段的水文情势有一定的改变,但从综合改变率指标反映改变幅度并不是很大,说明宜昌江段的水文情势总体情况良好,个别超出RVA范围的指标需要水资源管理部门引起重视,避免进一步的恶化。

The Dam's Imparts on the Hydrological Situation in Yichang Section
Abstract:In this paper,using Yichang hydrological station hydrological dates of 128 years(1882-2009),using the latest version of the IHA software(Indicators of Hydrologic Alteration software),with the RVA method as a river unaffected disturbance years 1882-1969 time period,1970-2009 years as arising due to human disturbance dam time.Analysis obtained by comparing the Gezhouba and Three Gorges Dam in Yichang section of the river away from completion so that the hydrology of the Reform and the speed and frequency of a certain change in the average monthly flow of ecosystem recovery goals in Table 4.In August,October traffic data beyond the boundaries of the RVA.The corresponding reservoir can be used to change the operation mode,so that the hydrological situation in Yichang section of the river close to natural state as much as possible to reduce man-made interference.In general,the construction of the dam on the Yichang section of the river hydrological change in a certain situation,but a comprehensive indicator reflecting the magnitude of the changes the rate of change was not significant,indicating the hydrological situation in Yichang section of the river in good condition overall,individual beyond the scope of RVA The indicators need to pay attention to water resource management department,to avoid further deterioration.
