铕络合物掺杂P3HT固体膜的光吸收特性研究

摘    要:以氧化铕为原料,临菲啰啉和α-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮为配体成功制备了稀土铕络合物。掺杂稀土络合物于P3HT溶液中,在玻璃基板上旋涂成膜,进行退火处理,并测试了膜的紫外可见吸收,实验结果表明,稀土络合物能极大程度的促进P3HT膜的光吸收。

Abstract:Europium complex with 2-Thenoyltrifluor oacetone(TTA) and 1,10-phenanthro-line(Phen) was prepared.Drop ternary complex into P3HT solution and then the solution was spin-coated on the prepared glass substrates,the film was characterized by UV-visible spectrophotometer.The results indicate that the film was significantly enhanced by ternary complex.
