船舶尾气脱硫履约技术研究

摘    要:船舶柴油机排放废气中的SOx等对大气环境造成的污染已引起国际社会广泛的关注。国际海事组织已制定了MARPOL73/78附则VI来防止硫氧化物对环境和人的健康造成的负面影响。如何经济有效的减少SOx排量是目前国内外研究的热点。本文主要从船用燃料油、MARPOL73/78附则Ⅵ及减少船舶尾气硫氧化物排放量的几种主要的方法进行分析阐述。通过对现有的较为成熟的脱硫技术的分析比较,可得出海水法、光催化氧化法是更具良好应用前景的船舶尾气脱硫技术。

Abstract:Environment pollution problem caused by harmful emissions especially the SOx from marine diesel engine also remains a vital consideration.The International Maritime Organization(IMO) has drawn up the MARPOL73/78 Annex Vl Regulations in order to prevent the negative influence of these emission of Sulfur Oxide on the environment and health.How to reduce the SOx emissions is an emphasis research of the domestic and overseas at present.There are introduced in the paper,including Marine fuel oil,MARPOL 73/ 78 Annex VI and several methods of the removal mechanism of Sulfur Oxide.The analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages among existing mature technics showed the seawater desulphurization and the TiO2 photocatalytic oxidation are the most promising technics for application in the future.
