纳米晶ZrO_2(CaO)∶Er~(3+)的制备及发光性质研究

摘    要:用化学共沉淀法制备了Er3+掺杂浓度不同、煅烧温度不同的纳米晶ZrO2(CaO)∶Er3+系列发光粉体,所制备的粉体均具有Er3+离子特征强室温荧光发射.同时观测到Er3+离子的上转换发射.讨论了上转换发射的跃迁机制,976 nm激发下的上转换过程是双光子过程.荧光强度与掺Er3+浓度关系研究表明:在相同条件下,用378nm荧光激发,分别测量了Er3+不同浓度800℃煅烧样品的发射谱,掺Er3+浓度达0.6%(摩尔分数)时达到最大,然后又随之降低.

Abstract:The nanocrystalline ZrO2(CaO) ∶Er^3+ powders with room temperature sharp characteristic emissions were prepared by co-precipitation method.Luminescent properties of nanocrystalline ZrO2(CaO) ∶Er^3+ with different sintering temperatures and doped concentrations were studied.There exist two emission centers of Er3+ in different crystalline phases.The room temperature upconversion emission of these samples is also observed and the upconversion emission mechanism is given.The quadratic dependence of the green emissions on excitation power indicates that a tow-photon absorption process occurs under 976 nm excitation.The effect of the doped concentration of Er3+ on the fluorescence emission intensity has been discussed,under the same conditions fluorescence excitation with the 378nm,Er3+ were measured at different concentrations of the samples calcined at 800 ℃ of the emission spectra,the effect of dopent concentration reaches a maximal value while the concentration of doped Er3+ attains to 0.6mol%.
