Abstract:The quality-service is the life blood of the national electric network.. The quality-service is the permanent theme of the power-supply enterprises, and the concrete connotations and requirements of the quality-service will be enriched along with the development of the times. The power-supply enterprises, which want to provide the quality-service, should pay special attention to the service concept, the implementation of the marketing strategy, and the developing and training of the quality-service, etc.
