| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛在全麻下扁桃体摘除术的应用。方法ASAI-Ⅱ级,择期行全麻下扁桃体摘除术患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例。Ⅰ组(观察组)患者麻醉诱导前静脉缓慢注射氟比洛芬酯注射液100mg;Ⅱ组(对照组)不注射氟比洛芬翻注射液.分别记录两组患者术后2、6、12、24h的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS);咽喉疼痛发生率以及麻醉镇痛相关的不良反应;术毕时,术后12h和术后24h各取外周血2mL,检测PGE_2(前列腺素E_2)浓度.结果观察组术后2、6,12h VAS明显低于对照组(P<0.01),两组术后24hVAS比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05),两组与麻醉镇痛有关的不良反应之间比较无显著意义(P>0.05),但咽痛发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术毕时和术后12h时前列腺素E_2浓度观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);术后24h时前列腺素E_2浓度两组之间差异无显著意义(P>0.05);观察组术后24h前列腺素E_2浓度比术毕和术后12h时要高(P<0.01).结论氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛应用于全麻下扁桃体摘除术,能有效缓解术后早期疼痛,减轻炎症反应.
