摘    要:Si3N4陶瓷具有较高的热导率、良好的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,高温强度高,且高温稳定性和抗热冲击性好,作为结构材料在机械工业,电子工业和化学工业中广泛应用。由于Si3N4陶瓷烧结温度过高,无法在工业生产中大量使用,为了降低其烧结温度、改善烧结致密度和强度等性能,在烧结过程中经常使用烧结助剂。综述了国内外金属氧化物作为烧结助剂在Si3N4陶瓷烧结中的研究现状,提出了其烧结过程中存在的问题。

Abstract:Si3N4 ceramic has high thermal conductivity, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, great high-temperature strength, good high-temperature stability and thermal shock resistance. As structural material, it has been widely used in mechanical industry, electronics industry and chemical industry. Because the sintering temperature of Si3N4 ceramics is too high, it cannot be heavily used in industrial production. In order to reduce the sintering temperature and improve the sintering density, strength and other properties, sintering aids are often used in the sintering process. The research status of metal oxides used as sintering aids in sintering Si3N4 ceramics at home and abroad is reviewed, and the problems existing in the sintering process are put forward.
