摘    要:本文根据高职专业培养目标和岗位能力的需要,探索了实训教学形式的最佳设置,提出了以基本操作能力为前提、技术应用能力为主线、创新能力为机翼的能力模块式实训教学模式。经实践证明,此模式是高职教育实训教学的有效途径之一。

Abstract:The exploration has been made on the optimum arrangement of the practice teaching according to the cultivating goal and the post requirement. A new model had been established for the optimum practice teaching. It is presupposed by the basic operation ability, main-lined by the technical application ability and wing-branched by the creating ability. The actual experiments indicate this new model is one of the effective ways for the high professional education to make practice teaching.
