摘    要:采用Stanford矿化率法研究了长期不同施肥制度培育的土壤氮矿化势和供氮潜力。研究结果表明:长期不同施肥制度培育土壤氮矿化势和供氮潜能明显不同。与对照不施肥相比,长期单施化肥或有机肥能使土壤供氮能力分别提高42.27%和49.53%,有机无机相结合可使土壤供氮能力提高81.76%。长期施用有机肥或化肥均能提高土壤的供氮潜力,但统计分析结果表明,有机肥明显优于化肥,二者相结合效果更明显。

Abstract:Adopting stanford mineralization rate method,the tested soils with different fertilization systems were aerobic incubated to study the nitrogen mineralization potentials(N0) and N-supplying capacity of soil.The results show that the N0 and N-supplying capacity of tested soil are significantly different with fertilization system.Compared with CK,the N-supplying capacity of soil in treatments chemical NPK and organic manure was increased by 42.27% and 49.53%,that of soil with chemical fertilizer and organic manure combination was increased 81.76%.The long-term application of chemical fertilizer or organic manure could obviously promote soil N-supplying capability,but the statistical analysis results indicate that the effect of organic manure was higher than that of chemical fertilizer and their combination was much more efficient.
