彩色套印与制袋模糊控制的研究

摘    要:介绍了模糊控制在彩色套印与制袋控制系统中的应用,取加工物偏移误差值E和偏移误差变化率△E作为模糊推理的输入变量,变频电机的纠偏速度V作为输出变量,纠偏速度包括转速和转向两个指标.给出了三个变量的离散论域,确定了模糊集及其隶属度函数,讨论了模糊化过程、模糊推理和解模糊判决,通过加权平均值得到最终的模糊控制输出量.给出了模糊推理规则表.系统可以保证很高的加工精度和加工效率,同时也会节约能源.死区的设置既保护了变频电机,又减少了噪音.

Abstract:Introduced application of fuzzy control in process printing and bag making, took the transverse error E and it's changing rate A E of the product as the input data of fuzzy control, the motor's rectify speed as output data,the rectify speed including two indexes which are turning speed and turning direction. Cave out the discrete universe of discourse, confirmed the fuzzy sets and their degree of membership function, discussed fuzzy process, fuzzy reasoning and defuzzification,got the fuzzy control output data by weighted average. Cave out the fuzzy reasoning table. The system could assure high precision and efficiency, and the electricity was economized. The dead area setting protected the motor,the noise was also reduced.
