针对我国高职教育的特点,分析了党与国家、社会、受教育者以及学校四个方面的利益在高职教育中的体现。同时,说明了随着社会经济的不断变化和高职教育改革的深化,四方主体在高职教育中的地位也将随之变化,因而高职教育具有动态灵活性,即高职教育的办学指导思想、办学层次、培养目标、服务面向等都具有一定的阶段性和时代性。
