| 摘 要： | 创新教育是以素质教育为基础的个性教育 ,是素质教育的核心 .创新教育的关键是文化创新 ,其主要方面是学风与文风 .高等学校必须创造自由宽松的学术环境 ,树立宽容与批判的精神 ,以制度创新为前提 ,以学风建设为龙头 ,并进行文化创新的系统设计 .

| Abstract: | The creative education is a character education based on the quality education,and also the kernel of the quality education.The creative education essentially lies in the cultural creation,exactly in a good style of study and writing.Colleges and universities must create a free at mosphere for academic learning,establish a good spirit of generosity and criticism,and carry our a systematic design of cultural creation on the premise of the system creation and establishment of the style or study. |
