| 摘 要： | 露天煤矿开发条件综合评价的目的是针对已探明的可供露天开采的煤炭资源。从其资源数量、质量、开发技术条件和外部开发条件优劣的质量评价出发，判定各煤田总体开发条件的优劣程度，从而实现其开发顺序的最优决策，为制定煤炭战略发展规划和露天煤田的合理开发利用提供科学依据．用层次分析法建立露天煤田综合评价指标体系和评价模型，得出了各评价指标的权重，为露天煤矿的综合评价和开发区的最优选择奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | The goal of comprehensive evaluation of surface coal fields is to determinethe overall exploitation conditions for the explored coal reserves suitable for surfacemining. starting with quantified evaluation of the quantity and quality of the coalreserves, and the mining and environmental conditions, a decision is made on theproblem of optimum exploitation order. And a scientific model is provided for theplanning of coal strategical development, the rational exploitation and utilization ofsurface coal reserves. In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation index system andsome evaluation models are established, by which the weights of various evaluationindexes are obtained. So a favorable foundation for the comprehensive evaluation ofsurface coal fields and the optimum selection of the exploitation areas in laid. |
