| 摘 要： | 用ApaⅠ酶切山西白猪和F1杂种野猪GH基因第一内含子+206位到第三外显子+711位间约506 bp的片段。检测到片段中有一个酶切位点,形成三个基因型(AA,GG,AG),基因频率分析表明,两种猪的基因频率无显著差别(P>0.05)。

| Abstract: | A 506 bp segment of ApaⅠpolymorphisms of porcine growth hormone gene encompass base +206 to 711 were analyzed with PCR-RFLPs in Shanxi White and F1 wild boar.The results showed that there were 3 genotypes(AA,GG,AG)in the two breeds and the three genotypes frequency was not significant(P>0.05). |
