| 摘 要： | 第二次世界大战期间,欧洲的犹太人遭到了残酷的迫害,近六百万犹太人死于这场灭绝人性的种族大屠杀。国内学者对大屠杀的研究主要集中于德国对犹太人的迫害和屠杀,较少关注维希政府对犹太人的迫害。法国是世界上第一个以法律形式解放犹太人的国家,何以维希政府会对犹太人进行迫害呢？除了复杂的现实原因之外,暗藏在法兰西民族内部的民族歧视则是造成这场惨剧的深层原因。

| Abstract: | During the Second World War, the Jews in Europe suffered persecution brutally. Near six million Jews died in the inhuman racial massacre. Internal scholars study mainly the persecution and slaughter to the Jews of German, but follow with little interest in the persecution to the Jews of the Vichy regime. France is the first country that emancipated the Jews in the world by the form of law, but why did Vichy regime persecute the Jews？ It was the national discrimination which the France people had caused the tragedy, except the complicated practical reason. |
