摘    要:本文介绍了一种新研制的压电双向动态切削测力仪。内容包括结构设计与特点、 静动态性能检定以及切削试验.新测力仪的结构新颖、简单,装配与调整很方便。在 新测力仪的传载链中采用了可消除干扰的传载方式,使其静态向间横向干扰系数均小 于0.5%.利用激振测力系统进行动态线性、向间横向干扰试验的结果表明,新测力 仪的该两项指标已经达到CIRP静态性能检定的标准.

Abstract:This paper introduces a newly developed piezoelectric two component dyna- mic dynamometer. Its contents imply the structural design of this dynamometer and its characteristics examined in the static and dynamic states, and actual cu- tting tests. The new dynamometer is novel and simple in construction, and very easy to assemble and adjust. Because a new way for transmitting force, which can minimize cross-talk, is adopted in the chain for transmitting force of the new dynamometer, a1l static cross-talk coefficients of the new dynamometer are less than 0. 5%. The result of the calibration of the dynamic characteristics which is done by means of exciting force measuring system shows that dynamic specifi- cations of linearity and cross-talk of the new dynamo meter have conformed with the CIRP Int. Std. for static characteristics.
