| 摘 要： | 高等学校的教学管理工作必须适应高等学校发展的要求.我国高等教育在从精英向大众高等教育的转变过程中,教学管理工作必须进行相应的改革.论述了高校教学管理工作的特点,对大众化教育阶段如何做好教学管理工作进行了初步的探讨.
