桂林岩溶石山阴香幼苗种群空间格局分析

摘    要:采用方差/均值比率法、Greig-Smith法和间隙度分析法对桂林岩溶石山阴香幼苗种群分布格局进行研究。结果表明,阴香幼苗种群呈现集群分布,但在不同生境中种群的集聚强度和格局规模存在明显的差异。随着尺度的增大,种群分布格局的间隙度逐渐减小。生境异质性、种间竞争和人为干扰是阴香幼苗种群分布格局形成的主要原因。

Abstract:Spatial pattern of Cinnamomum burmanni seedling populations on Karst hills of Guilin was analyzed by the variance/average ratio method,Greig-Smith's method and lacunarity analysis method.The results show that all the seedling populations displayed an aggregated distribution pattern,but the aggregation intensity and pattern scale were different among the populations.With the increase of spatial scale,the lacunarity indices of the seedling populations were decreased.Environmental heterogeneity,interspcecific competition and human disturbance may be the main reasons to affect the pattern of Cinnamomum burmanni seedlings.
