| 摘 要： | 依据运动生物力学原理对脚背正面射门的助跑、支撑脚站位、踢球腿的摆动、脚触球、踢球后的随前动作整个技术动作结构加以分析,并对其提出几点建议,对今后在教学与训练中正确掌握该技术,提高足球技术水平有很大作用.

| Abstract: | This paper, analyse the right side of instep shooting according to the sport biomechanics principle, run - up, support that foot stand location, play football swing, foot touch ball, after playing football movement before up to whole technological movement structure. And proposes some suggestions on it. To mastering this skill correctly in teaching and training in the future and improving the soccer skill level has very great function. |
