| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种缓存反馈控制的改进算法,并把它用于CCITT H.261(简称为H.261)建议的低速率视频压缩编码器的设计中,本文还对算法在实现中所遇到的问题进行了综合考虑,并与基本的BOC算法进行了比较。计算机模拟结果表明,本文提出的算法的效果更好,且未给实现增加复杂度,

| Abstract: | An improved adaptive buffer control algorithm has been proposed and put into the design of low bitrate video compression source coder under under the H. 261 recommendation. Some practical problems encountered in the realization of algorithm have been discussed in details. Using computer simulation over the typical image series, it is demonstrated that, compared to that of the conventional BOC algorithm, the performance of the proposed algorithm has been substantially improved, without signifi cantly creasing implementati on complexity. |
