| Abstract: | College English teaching should aim for the education of the whole person in the course of improving language competence and creativity in the students in the ever-growing society.Interaction between the student and the teacher is an effective way to achieve the double purpose.The theory backing up this approach,its features,its forms,and its operational procedures for the network-based college English teaching are explored. |
