Sb_2O_3对高能氧化锌压敏电阻器性能的影响

摘    要:为了改善高能氧化锌压敏电阻器(MYN)的性能,研究了Sb2O3对MYN性能的影响。结果表明:Sb2O3掺杂量小时,MYN性能变坏,但当Sb2O3掺杂量上升时,MYN的性能改善。可用Sb2O3的掺杂量对MYN微观结构的影响来解释这一现象。

Abstract:In order to improve the properties of High Energy ZnO Varistor(MYN),the effects of Sb2O3 on the properties of MYN were studied. The results showed that theproperties of MYN changed for the worse at low doping levels of Sb2O3,however,with increasing doping level of Sb2O3,the doping of Sb2O3 improved the properties of MYN. Thephenomena are explained by the effects of the doping levels of Sb2O3 on the microstructureof MYN.
