有限元-人工透射方法对Y分叉波导的计算

摘    要:提出了一种新的基于有限元和光束传播法的方法,计算和设计了二维光波导,得到此种光波导的功率传输率为52.8%,所得结果与其他文献报道结果能很好得吻合.

Abstract:In the previous approach,the 2-D or 3-D optical waveguides on the substrate region are often calculated with beam propagation method(BPM).A new method is presented based on the finite element and beam propagation method.For simplicity,the 2-D optical waveguide is only designed and calculated on the substrate region,and the power transmittance of the Y-branch waveguide is also got,which is approximate 52.8%.The result is in good agreement with the others.
