2011-2012年海口市8~10岁学龄儿童尿碘检测结果分析

摘    要:为掌握沿海城市海口市8~10岁学龄儿童碘营养状况,为制定合理防治碘缺乏和碘过量引起的疾病提供科学依据,根据《全国重点地方病防治规划》、《海南省碘缺乏病防治规划》,2011-2012年,在全市四个区48所学校随机抽查8~10岁学龄儿童1537例,依据(WS/T)《尿中碘的砷铈催化分光光度测定方法》检测,并严格有效地进行质量控制.结果中位数为207.8μg/L,尿碘值〈50μg/L的比例为3.3%,尿碘值〈100μg/L的比例为13.3%.尿碘值高于适宜量的比例为27.2%,碘过量的比例为26.5%.其中秀英区、龙华区碘不足的比例连续两年都明显高于其他区.琼山区碘过量的比例30.5、49.5%,连续两年明显高于其他区.海口市虽然已达到碘缺乏病消除判断标准,但仍有13.3%人群碘缺乏,应继续加大碘缺乏病危害宣传力度,继续执行食盐加碘为主的综合防治措施.碘高于适宜量及碘过量的比例为53.7%,大部分人群存在明显补碘过剩,补碘同时应预防碘过量带来的危害.补碘工作不能一刀切,加强对重点人群尿碘检测,制定长效监测机制,根据实际情况合理科学补碘,真正实现我国第19个"防治碘缺乏病日"提出的"科学补碘,健康一生"的目标.

Abstract:To master iodine nutritional status of children aged 8~10 in the coastal city of Haikou, and provide scientific basis for establishing reasonable control of iodine deficiency and excess disease. According to the "national priority endemic diseases prevention and control planning", " Iodine Deficiency Disease Control and Prevention planning" of Hainan, in 2011-2012, in 48 schools in the four districts of the city, a random 1537 cases of 8-10 school-age children, were detected based on arsenic cerium (ws/T)"urinary iodine catalytic spectrophotometric method. " The median was 236.2 μg/L, urinary iodine value of 〈50 μg/L ratio is 3.3%, 〈100 μg/L ratio is 13.3%. Urinary iodine values above the proper volume ratio is 27.2%, the ratio of iodine excess is 26.5%. In Longhua District andXiuying District, iodine deficiency ratio for two consecutive years was obviously higher than that in other area. In Qiongshan District, iodine excess ratio is 30.5% ~49.5%, for two consecutive years was significantly higher than that in other area. Although Haikou city has achieved the elimination of iodine deficiency judgment standard, there are still 13.3% iodine deficiency, iodine deficiency disease harm should continue to increase propagandist strength, continue to implement comprehensive prevention and treatment measures of iodized salt. Proportion of higher than desirable amount of iodine and iodine excess proportion of the total is 53.7%, most of the people there is an obvious effect of iodine excess, while iodine supplementation should prevent hazards posed by iodine excess .Iodine supplementation should not work uniform, enhanced detection of urinary iodine of focus groups to develop long-term monitoring mechanism, depending on the circumstances a reasonable seientif-ic iodine supplementation, truly realizing the 19th "day to combat iodine deficiency disorders" proposed "Science of iodine supplementation, healthy lives" targets.
