巴戟天对训练小鼠肝组织自由基代谢的影响

摘    要:在探讨了巴戟天对训练小鼠肝组织自由基代谢及血清酶活性影响的基础上,建立耐力性游泳运动模型.测定训练小鼠的力竭游泳时间并分析肝组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)及血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)谷草转氨酶(GOT)的变化.训练药物组小鼠力竭游泳时间显著延长(P〈0.05),肝组织SOD、GSH-PX活性显著高于各自对照组,肝组织MDA含量与血清GPT、GOT活性均显著低于各自对照组.经过24h恢复后,恢复药物组小鼠肝组织SOD、GSH-PX活性显著高于恢复对照组(P〈0.05),而肝组织MDA含量与血清GPT、GOT活性均显著低于恢复对照组(P〈0.05).结果显示:巴戟天能显著提高小鼠的运动能力和肝组织的抗自由基氧化能力,对肝脏具有明显的保护作用.

Abstract:This experiment studies the effect of Morinda offieinalis How on free radical metabolism in liver and serum enzyme of mice in training. By setting-up the experiment model of swimming training of the mice, it tests mice' s exhausted swimming time, serum GOT, GPT and SOD, MDA, GSH-Px in heart muscle tissue. After taking Morinda offieinalis how, their physical ability improved remarkably, the activity of liver SOD, GSH-Px appeared superior to control group, the quantity of MDA and serum GOT, GPT turned lower than the control group; After 24h of recovery, the activity of liver SOD, GSH-Px appeared superior to control group, serum GOT, GPT and MDA in liver tissue is lower significantly than recovery control group. This research indicates that morinda offieinalis how has strong capabilities of clearing free radical of liver tissues and promote the mice' s sport ability, so Morinda offieinalis How had the anti oxidation function and can protect the liver.
