| 摘 要： | 本文较详细地分析了福建连江产眼镜蛇的核型,绘出其染色体组型模式图。它与浙江产眼镜蛇的核型相比,有一对大染色体着丝点位置差异显著。文中首次报道了眼镜蛇的等臂染色体,并初步探讨了用双线期染色体进行蛇类染色体组型分析的方法。

| Abstract: | The karyotype of Naja naja atra from Lianjiang, Fujian was analysed. By comparing the result with karyotype of the same species from Zhejiang, it was revealed that there was significant difference between one of the 5 larger chromosomes. Isochromosomes were described from the snake as the first time. And the method of obtaining karyotypes of snakes by analysing their diplotene stage chromosomes was introduced. |
