| 摘 要： | 在总结20世纪自动控制理论重要变革的基础上，通过概括、总结、分析和提高，论述自动控制理论的重要变革与该领域科学家基本素养的关系。提出了从事自动化技术研究的科学家所必须具备的基本素养要求，以及这些基本素养与社会和哲学等方面的关系。

| Abstract: | Based on the summary of the 20th century's significant changes in the auto-control technology theory, the author elaborates the relation between the changes and the basic accomplishment of the scientists in this field. He also puts forward the fundamental requirement of the scientists' accomplishment, who are pursuing the study of automatic technology, as well as the relation between the basic accomplishment and the society and philosophy. |
