| 摘 要： | 以ＭＺ２０３轴承磨床的十字交叉滚子导轨为例，对影响滚动导轨分辨率的因素进行了分析，得出导轨预紧力的大小及分布对导轨起动力及分辨率的影响，并对该结果做了实验验证。

| Abstract: | Taking the typical crossed roller guider of the MZ203 bearing machine for example,the affecting fractors of the displacement resolving power for the guider are analysed.It is gained that the displacement resolving power and drag force of the guide are affected by pre tight force,and it is checked by experiment. |
