1,4,2-二氮磷杂环戊-5-(硫)酮衍生物的除草活性及其构效关系

摘    要:本文以油菜和稗草为试材,以100ppm的处理浓度,测定并比较了1,4,2-二氮磷杂环戊-5-(硫)酮类4个通式40个衍生物的除草活性,结果发现,这些衍生物大多数对油菜的活性高于稗草,表明它们具有明显的选择杀革特性,同时还发现不同通式的大多数衍生物其化学结构与除草活性之间具有不同的构效关系.

Abstract:In this paper,weed-killing activities of forty derivatives of 1,4,2-diazaphospholidin-5-(thi) one-2-oxides were determined and compared on primary root length of rape and barnyard grass at 100ppm treatmental concentration.The results were found that activities of the most of these derivatives are higher on rape than barnyard grass and these derivatives have obvious selective weed-killing activi-ties between dicotyledonous rape and monocotyledonous barnyard grass.Whereas the structure-effects relationship between the activities of derivatives and their chemical struc-ture of four different general formulae have different characters.
