网络环境下的信息组织方式探讨

通过对网络信息组织的界定,在比较网络信息和传统文献信息异同的基础上,提出了网络信息组织应当遵守的原则;从网络信息组织的两个阶段对信息的搜集方式和组织方式进行了讨论,并结合目前网络信息组织方式分析其缺陷,提出了要强调网络信息组织的“用户中心论”和图情机构应与ISP等网络经营者一起参与到网络信息组织和控制的活动中的建议。

Probe into the Information Organizing Mode under the Network Environment

Through defining the network information organizing,and based on comparing the similarities and differences between the network information and the traditional literature information,this paper puts forward the principles that should be followed in the network information organizing,discusses on the information collecting mode and organizing mode in the two stages of the network information organizing,and connecting with the shortages of the current network information organizing mode,puts forward the suggestions of laying stress on the "client center opinion" of the network information organizing,and that the books and information institutes should take part in the activities of network information organizing and controlling together with the network operators such as the ISP.
