一种双频天线俯仰连动机构设计

摘    要:天线座架的俯仰机构带动天线反射面做俯仰运动,是满足天线通信性能要求的重要部件。通过对传统0.9m KaKu双频平板阵列天线俯仰机构结构设计方案进行分析,确定了双频平板天线新型俯仰连动机构详细设计方案。新型俯仰连动机构具有结构简单,加工成本低,可操作性好,重量轻等优点,能有效解决现有天线俯仰机构存在的不足,目前该新型机构已经在多个站型的天线上得到了应用,效果良好。

Abstract:The pitch mechanism of antenna pedestal drives the antenna reflector to be pitching motion, which is an important part to satisfy the antenna communication performance.Based on the analysis of structure design scheme of the traditional 0.9 meter KaKu dual-band planar array antenna, to determine the detailed design scheme of new pitch linkage mechanism.The new pitch linkage mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, good operability, light weight and so on, can effectively solve the problems of existing antenna pitch mechanism, the new mechanism has been applied on multiple station antenna, the effect is good.
