沥青路面网级管理系统中资金优化模型

摘    要:从路网未来高、中、低三种规划目标出发,将网级路面管理系统中的资金优化模型分为高服务水平资金优化模型、中服务水平资金优化模型和低服务水平资金优化模型,既符合道路管理部门决策过程,又为降低模型的求解难度提供了一种新的路径.在对三类模型的形式及求解过程分析的基础上,通过实例对模型的有效性进行了验证,验证结果表明,该分析方法对道路管理部门进行养护维修经费的需求分析具有实用价值.

Abstract:In this study,a set of optimal maintenance fund allocation models are established to cope with different desirability levels of pavement conditions at the network level for asphalt pavements.Corresponding to low,middle and high levels of pavement condition desirability,the proposed fund allocation models can adapt to the decision-making processes of the authorities and reduce the computational burden.Case studies indicate that the models can effectively solve the pavement maintenance fund allocation problems.This study also shows that classifying the pavement condition desirability levels and establishing corresponding analysis procedures can provide solid foundations for the future demand of maintenance funds.
