| 摘 要： | 以燃煤电厂300 MW机组为例,在计算机组的热经济性、燃料费用、非能量费用和环境污染费用后,建立了燃煤电厂综合评价指标的数学模型,通过对该模型的求解,得出了燃煤电厂运行经济性的综合评价指标.该研究成果的应用,一方面可使燃煤电厂在生产电能的同时,自觉地治理污染,减少污染物的排放,另一方面也为燃煤电厂上网电价的制定以及竞价上网提供了重要的理论依据.

| Abstract: | Based on the 300 MW unit in coal-fired power plant,after the thermo-economical performance,fuel cost,non-energy cost and environmental pollution cost are calculated,the mathematical model of comprehensive evaluation index in coal-fired power plant is built.After solving the model,the comprehensive evaluation index of economical operation in coal-fired power plant is obtained.Using this model,pollutions in coal-fired power plant can be treated consciously,and discharge of pollutants can be reduced.It can also provide an important theory base for drawing up pool purchase prices,and bid for feeding into the grid in coal-fired power plant. |
